Return and Exchange Policy

At Sonam Couture, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process under the conditions mentioned below.

1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
Not washed, worn, or altered in any way

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Customized or made-to-order products
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

4. Return/Exchange Process

Order number
Reason for return/exchange
Clear images of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will share the return instructions.

5. Reverse Pickup

If reverse pickup is available at your location, our courier partner will collect the product.
If reverse pickup is not available, customers may need to self-ship the product to our return address (shared after approval).

6. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or request a refund (if eligible).

8. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

9. Shipping Charges on Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
In other cases, return shipping charges (if applicable) may be borne by the customer.
