Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, sales events, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.

There are no additional shipping charges applied at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities and Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate at the time of placing your order. Sonam Couture will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or other events beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
